Dr. Michele is a licensed clinical psychologist whose work centers on helping couples break free from the patterns that keep them feeling disconnected and misunderstood. Her approach integrates attachment-based and systems-oriented perspectives.

With experience across clinical, medical, and academic settings, she brings both depth and structure to her work, guiding couples toward greater clarity, emotional safety, and more intentional ways of connecting.

She is the founder of Relational Reset, where she offers therapy, immersive retreats, and courses designed to compress meaningful relational work into a focused, transformative experience.

In addition to her private practice, Dr. Michele serves on faculty for the American Psychological Association's Leadership Institute for Women Psychologists and works as a couples therapist at Kaiser Permanente.

She also provides supervision and consultation to doctoral students and early- to mid-career psychologists.
