Sessions are 50, 70, or 90 minutes long, depending on your needs. We focus on active listening and dialogue, identifying interactional blocks, and learning relational skills to help you navigate conflict with more ease and connection.

We are an out-of-network provider and are happy to provide a superbill for potential reimbursement.

Couples therapy can be helpful for partners experiencing conflict, disconnection, or difficulty communicating. It is most effective when both individuals are willing to engage in the process and take responsibility for their role in the relationship. ​ In some situations, couples therapy may not be recommended. This includes the presence of active substance use that is impacting the relationship, intimate partner violence, current  infidelity, or active suicidal or homicidal ideation. In these cases, individual therapy or a higher level of care is often recommended prior to or alongside couples work to support safety.

The  reccommendation varies for every couple. Some find resolution in a few months, while others prefer ongoing support for deeper relational growth. We regularly check in to ensure therapy is serving your goals.
